Welcome to Last Wishes. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Use in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the application.
⚠️ Important Legal Notice: Last Wishes is a personal communication tool. It does NOT constitute a legal will, notarial document, or have any legal validity. For legally binding dispositions, consult with a notary or lawyer.
1. Service Description
Last Wishes is an application that allows you to:
- Organize and store personal messages, photos, audio, and documents
- Designate recipients to receive this content
- Configure access conditions for your content
2. Usage Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older
- You need an iPhone with iOS 17.0 or later
- You require an active iCloud account
- You must verify your phone number
3. Account and Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account
- The accuracy of the information you provide
- All activities carried out from your account
4. User Content
By using the app, you declare that:
- You own the content you upload or have the right to share it
- Your content does not infringe on third-party rights
- You will not upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
5. Premium Subscription
- The app offers limited free features and a premium subscription
- The subscription renews automatically according to the chosen period
- You can cancel at any time from your Apple ID settings
- There are no refunds for partial periods
6. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That messages will reach their recipients at any specific time
- Uninterrupted availability of the service
- That there will be no data loss (although we take security measures)
We shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
7. Third-Party Dependencies
The app depends on third-party services:
- Apple iCloud: For data storage
- Twilio: For phone verification
We are not responsible for interruptions or changes in these services.
8. Privacy
The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify these terms at any time
- Change or discontinue app features
- Update subscription prices (with prior notice)
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these terms
- You use the app fraudulently or illegally
- Your behavior harms other users
11. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, code, and content (except user content) are the property of the developer and are protected by intellectual property laws.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer against any claims arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
13. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
