Last Wishes collects and stores the following information, always in your personal iCloud account:

• Profile information: Name and phone number (for identity verification)
• Created content: Texts, photos, audio, and documents you choose to save
• Recipients: Phone numbers of people you designate as receivers
• Preferences: Body disposition, ceremony type, professional contact information

2. How We Store Your Information

All your information is stored exclusively in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. This means:

• We have no servers of our own
• We cannot access your content
• Your data is protected by Apple's security
• Personal content is end-to-end encrypted (E2E)

3. End-to-End Encryption

Personal files (photos, audio, documents) are encrypted using:

• X25519: For secure key exchange
• AES-GCM: For content encryption

This ensures that only you and your designated recipients can access the content.

4. Phone Verification

We use Twilio to send SMS verification codes. Your phone number is used only to:

• Verify your identity
• Allow your recipients to identify you

We do not share your number with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Anonymous Analytics

We collect anonymous, aggregated statistics to improve the app:

• Country (code only, not exact location)
• App version and operating system
• General feature usage (no personal content)

This data cannot personally identify you.

6. Information Shared with Recipients

When you designate someone as a recipient:

• Basic information: They can see your disposition, ceremony, and professional contacts immediately (if you configure it that way)
• Personal files: They must request access and wait the time period you set

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your information in the app
• Modify: Edit or update any data
• Delete: Remove your account and all associated data
• Portability: Your data is in your iCloud, under your control

8. Data Retention

Your data remains in your iCloud as long as you keep the app installed and your account active. If you delete the app or your iCloud account, data is deleted according to Apple's policies.

9. Security

We implement multiple layers of security:

• E2E encryption for personal content
• Mandatory phone verification
• Storage on Apple infrastructure
• No intermediate servers

10. Children

This application is designed for users 18 years and older. We do not intentionally collect information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
