Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Pulsos+, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

Pulsos+ is an iOS application that reads data from Apple HealthKit to display health metrics through widgets and generate PDF reports. The app is designed as an informational and data visualization tool.

Acceptable Use

Pulsos+ is intended for personal use only. By using the app, you agree to:

Use the app in accordance with applicable laws.
Not attempt to modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the app.
Not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Important Medical Disclaimer

Pulsos+ is NOT a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The data and reports generated by the app are for informational purposes only and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent diseases.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns. In case of an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Health Data

The data displayed in Pulsos+ comes from Apple HealthKit and depends on the accuracy of the recording devices (Apple Watch, smart scale, blood pressure monitor, etc.). We do not guarantee the accuracy of this data.

The app complies with Apple's guidelines for HealthKit usage. Health data is processed locally and is not transmitted to external servers. Please see our privacy policy for more details.

Purchases and Refunds

In-app purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple App Store terms. To request refunds, contact Apple directly through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Intellectual Property

All content in Pulsos+, including design, code, graphics, and icons, is protected by copyright and owned by David. Apple, HealthKit, Apple Watch, and App Store are registered trademarks of Apple Inc.

Limitation of Liability

Pulsos+ is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

Inaccuracies in the data displayed by the app.
Medical decisions based on information from the app.
Loss of data or service interruptions.
Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
