Summary

Pulsos+ is a health reports and widgets app for iOS. Pulsos+ does not send your health data to any server, does not sell or share it, and does not require an account. Your health data stays on your device and in your own device backups.

Health Data (HealthKit)

Pulsos+ reads Apple HealthKit data only to show your health metrics in the app and its widgets and to generate PDF reports. This data:

• Is read directly from HealthKit on your device.
• Is never sent to our servers or to third parties.
• Is never used for advertising or tracking.

PDF reports are created on your device, and you decide whether to share them. A temporary copy of the last report is kept encrypted on your device and is deleted the next time the app starts.

Lab Reports You Import

You can import your own lab reports as PDF files, photos or CSV files.

• They are read on your device, using Apple's on-device text recognition. The document is not uploaded anywhere.
• Pulsos+ does not keep a copy of the original document. It saves only what you confirm: the date, the laboratory, the report number, the name of the original file, and the results (test, value, unit and reference range).
• This information is stored in the app's private storage on your device, encrypted by iOS while the device is locked.
• It is included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or a backup on your computer) if you use them, like the rest of the app's data.
• You can delete an imported report at any time in the app.

Automatic reading can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking that the imported values match your report. Pulsos+ is not a medical device and is not a substitute for your doctor's judgment.

Categories of HealthKit Data Accessed

The app may request read access to the following HealthKit categories, depending on your configuration:

• Heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV)
• Blood pressure
• Blood oxygen
• Body temperature
• Weight, BMI, body fat, and lean body mass
• Sleep data
• Stand hours
• Active and resting calories
• Menstrual cycle
• Workout activities

Data We Do NOT Collect

Pulsos+ does not collect:

• Your name, email address or contact information.
• Your location.
• Your health data or the contents of your lab reports.
• Identifiers for advertising or tracking.

Usage Data

To improve the app, Pulsos+ collects usage counts, such as the number of reports generated, widgets configured, or lab reports imported and corrected, and how often these features are used. These counts never include health values, names or file contents. They are stored using Apple's CloudKit under a random identifier that the app creates and keeps in your iCloud Keychain. They do not include your name or your email, and are not used for tracking or advertising.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Pulsos+ does not have access to your payment information; it only knows whether Premium is unlocked.

Security

Your health data is protected by iOS and HealthKit security measures, including device encryption. Pulsos+ has no servers that receive your health data.

Children

Pulsos+ is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with the corresponding update date.
